**Shift Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm & Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

**Role Responsibilities**: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be reaching out to a variety of customers to offer them protection on their appliances. Your primary duties will include:

- Making outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers, upselling relevant insurance products.
- Building rapport and understanding the unique needs of each customer to recommend the best solution.
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring peace of mind with every interaction.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Minimum 12 months of consecutive sales experience** in a non-retail, targeted environment. **Must be within the last 3 years**:

- Proven track record of working towards and **achieving sales targets.**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously, especially in a home-based role.
- Resilient attitude, able to handle challenges and maintain a positive approach.
