**Customer Support Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:
This role involves providing customer service support, handling inquiries related to vehicle service plans, assisting dealerships, and performing general administrative tasks. The job offers various benefits, a flexible working approach, and opportunities for career progression.
- Taking inbound calls from customers who have a query about their vehicle service plan.
- Deliver guidance and answer queries on quotations.
- Plan sales and system navigation to motor dealerships.
- Work with the direct debit enquiries through administration aspects.
- Completing Daily reports.
- Liaising with senior advisors.
- Effective planning of workload.

**What we are looking for**:

- Work independently.
- Comply with the company's service level agreements.
- Meet daily targets.
- Customer support/service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Computer Skills.
- Organised and passionate about providing a good service.
- Flexibility to adapt to change in a face paced environment.
- Previous use of business systems and or the automotive/service plan market would be an advantage.

- Working 1 in every 4 Saturdays.

**The Package**:

- Permanent - Full Time
- 37.5 hours per week
- £21,839
- Opportunity to earn £1,200 in target related commission.
