We are working with a highly respected, global manufacturing organisation who have a rare opportunity to join their thriving Customer Service team, based at their UK Head Office in Crewe.
This is a full time, permanent position working either 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 12pm finish every other Friday

Role:
As a Customer Advisor, you'll own the customer experience and define key customer accounts, serving as first point of contact in an efficient and friendly manner.
You'll be a strong part of the customer team, resolving a variety of high-volume customer enquiries and delivering an excellent service from the very beginning.
- Producing quotes, inputting information and completing all associated documents.
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints and issues
- Keeping customers updated on orders and quotes as they process through the company
- Liaise with other departments regularly as and when required
**Requirements**:
Ideally, you'll have experience within Customer Service prior and will approach tasks with an organised and methodical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Personable, a team player and confident with dealing across stakeholders
- Ideally a familiarity with Oracle within an engineering or manufacturing industry
- Using initiative to develop and establish customer relationships
As a Customer Advisor, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £19,000 - £20,000, dependent on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
