**The Company**

**The Role**

This role will see you working with Financials (reporting / budgeting / new products), working with Operations team (forecasting and improving supply across a diverse geography) in a supportive and fast paced team. Working with the Analyst team you’ll bethe bridge between the 4 Regions of East EMEA and central teams based in the UK. Your duties will include;
- Planning, reporting & forecasting
- Analysis of KPI documents to identify issues and opportunities
- Using Nielsen review and analyse performance vs forecast and competition
- Develop NPD strategies with your regions, prepare documents to align functions
- Develop the revenue and pricing strategies by brand and geography

**Your Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this position you will need;
- Degree qualified in relevant field with 2 years in a similar role with FMCG organisation
- Solid experience and knowledge of Nielsen
- A sound understanding of forecasting, P&L with NPD and Supply Chain knowledge
- Be highly analytical, can bring meaning to data
- Able to lead and coordinate cross functional meetings
- ensuring communication flow, accountability and plans are executed OTIF for all stakeholders
