Duties of the Finance Operations Manager will include:

- Managing technical resources in the ERP
- Accountability for the achievement of KPI’s within Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Third-Party Administration teams
- Presents performance to management monthly
- Deliver KPI reports
- Ensure processes are scalable and fully documented
- Maintain the risk and control framework across all processes
- Deal with queries and resolving issues. Ensuring that disputes are escalated accordingly
- Manage and guide the AP, AR and third-party administration teams
- Liaise with Leadership team

To be considered for the role of Finance Operations Manager, the following attributes are required:

- Experience of managing a team in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Proven experience in driving efficiency projects and implementing change
- Strong proven process improvement experience/capability
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
