**About Us**:
At SocialCru, we have a team of field-based Smart Meter Engineers, and we’re looking for an organised and reliable Fleet & Admin Assistant to support our operations. This role is key in maintaining our fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe and well-maintained, while also providing administrative support to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Fleet & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for helping manage all aspects of the fleet, including but not limited to:

- **Fleet Record Maintenance**:

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles and drivers, including MOT/service history, inspections and licence checks.
- Generate and maintain reports on fleet performance.
- **Fleet Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all fleet vehicles are safe and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance (services and MOTs) and any required urgent repairs.
- Manage vehicle breakdowns.
- **Driver Management**:

- Monitor daily vehicle inspections and ensure engineers complete the necessary checks.
- Assess telematics data to track vehicle usage and driver behaviour.
- **Vehicle Handover**:

- Manage the process of vehicle handovers, including any changes to the fleet, ensuring all documentation is completed/updated accordingly.

**Key Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- **20 Hours per week**: 8am to 12pm Monday - Friday
- **Organised**: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and have strong organisational and time-management skills.
- **Reliable and Punctual**:You are someone who can be counted on to consistently show up on time and fulfill your responsibilities.
- **Thorough**:You have an eye for detail and take the time to check the finer points of every task.
- **Lovely Phone Manner**: You have a warm, approachable communication style that helps build positive relationships with engineers, service providers, and team members. Whether you're scheduling repairs or answering questions, you bring a friendly, professional tone to every conversation.
