ABOUT US

We are a premium professional family photography studio undergoing rapid growth. We’re on the hunt for an experienced sales/customer service person to fill a freelance contract role of Bookings Co-ordinator.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You will handle the overall bookings experience from the initial enquiry, addressing any questions or concerns and booking them.
- Freelance contract role, home-based 10-20 hrs per week.
- Responsible for calling all leads and converting them to bookings.
- Initiate the Client Booking Workflow ensuring all clients are informed and educated with regard to the experience.
- Managing calendars, appointment setting, booking calls and qualifying clients.

ABOUT YOU
- Previous telephone customer service and sales experience in a sales driven environment.
- A contagious energy and bubbly personality with a passion for connecting and building rapport with people from various walks of life.
- The ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve consistent results.
- The ability to manage rejection within a sales / booking environment.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team but also have the ability to work autonomously and independently.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
