Overview of the role:
Your responsibilities as a Product Specialist:
- Your role will require financial experience which requires working alongside the financial and commercial team to agree appropriate incentives and pricing.
- Your role will be crucial in delivering market research, creating business cases and engaging with dealers and customers for product evaluation to make sure we’re thinking one step ahead of our competitors.
- You will support New Product Introduction with competitive pricing position, creation of product briefs, and supporting regional launches.
- Operational and Engineering support including sales specials and capturing new product requirements
- You will support the marketing department in the creation of marketing collateral, including product literature and coordination of photoshoot and videoshoots.
- You will provide excellent customer service to our dealer network both over the phone and online with product support
About you:
- Qualified to degree or equivalent level, you’ll be a brilliant time planner and communicator
- It’s desirable but not essential that you have a technical background and potentially experience having worked with agricultural or construction machinery.
- You’ll have a sense of positivity to keep learning, keep delivering great ideas and keep developing. This role would suit an agricultural or construction practitioner with a keen commercial insight and business understanding, if you’re not coming from a similar role.
- Most of all you will possess high levels of energy, motivation, drive and commitment; have a resilient nature and a strong desire to succeed within a wider team.
- You will have worked in the UK for a minimum of two years and have the necessary permits to work.
