**Overview of the role**:
Located at JCB Loadall, operation consisting of the management of the end-to-end Supply Chain from the Far East, India, Europe, and the USA. You will be working in a fast-paced team environment in an engaging role with a difference, liaising closely with key stakeholders of the business to ensure that the supply of materials meets the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule components to meet production requirements whilst maintaining mínimal safety stock levels.
- Manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure that data is accurate.
- Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time
- Support supplier meetings
- Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands
- Challenge the status quo
- Bring ideas for change

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience of strategic material planning in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP experience would be an advantage
- Sound ERP/MRP understanding
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Assertive, optimistic, resilient, and welcome change
- Results orientated and organised with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
