Job Introduction
**Igne is seeking a**part-time Office Administrator** (27 hours per week) to join the team in**Hamilton**.**

As part of our **Specialist Drilling Division**, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping to ensure the efficient delivery of services across the business. The working hours will be agreed upon at interview to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the business.**This is a great opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to join the team.

We are Igne Group Limited, a synergetic amalgamation of six companies, renowned within our respective fields, with over 350 years of combined experience. A one-stop-shop for pre
- and post-construction services. Igne’s six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration, co-ordination and programming of breakdowns
- Programming of maintenance service contracts including preparation of worksheets, financial and process administration
- Daily administration of Checkedsafe and subsequent co-ordination of any required remedial measures for vehicles, rigs and plant
- Monthly review of the training matrix and booking of training to maintain and progress training levels
- Booking in of work orders / Raising purchase orders

**Person Specification**
- Administrative office based experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude / Strong self-management skills
- Ability to multitask

- Salary on offer is £29,156.00 FTE
