Web & Marketing Administrator

**The Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Web & Marketing Administrator to join our in-house Marketing team. Do you have a passion for everything Web & Marketing? Do you have a creative flare and love everything analytical? This role is full-time Monday to Friday office based and will report to the Group Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the Pulman website is current, up-to-date and performing to it’s very best.

**The Package**:
**Basic salary**: £25,000
**Bonus scheme**: £1,000 Performance related bonus opportunity
**OTE Opportunity**: £26,000

**Location**: Pulman Volkswagen, Abbey Road, Durham, DH1 5HA. Office Based.
**Time**: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm*.

You will be supported with training, personal development plans, consistent reviews, and the opportunity to grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Administration**: Maintain the Pulman website, ensuring information is current and up-to-date.
- **Website Integrations**: Ensure the website integrations are working correctly and up-to-date. Liaising with external suppliers. Conducting internal audits.
- **Website SEO & Copywriting**:Ensure the website has current and updated SEO content, including meta tags and description. Ensuring the best possible organic traffic performance.
- **Website Reporting & Auditing**:Conduct audits and report on website performance and consumer journey experience on a monthly basis.
- **Website Continuous Improvement**: Based on current trends, updated SEO algorithms and consumer journey information, put together and implement a continuous improvement plan.
- **Website KPIs**: Be involved in developing the website to achieve certain metrics and KPIs.
- **Website Support**: Be the point of contact for Pulman for any website support queries. Liaising with external suppliers when necessary and logging support tickets.
- **Website Car Stock Offers**: Working with numerous external suppliers to ensure cars are advertised on the website correctly, with imagery, correct prices and offer messages.
- **Design and Graphics**: Basic design knowledge is advantageous. You will have access to the Adobe Creative Suite. Creating graphics and modifying photos to use on the website, creating web banners of all shape and sizes. Ensuring brand standards are met, working with the manufacturing brands Pulman represent.

The core of the role will focus on E-Commerce Website Administration, developing and maintaining the website to achieve key KPI’s and deliver a fantastic customer experience online. This is a multifunctional role that will also support the Marketing team when needed with marketing communication tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside an aptitude for attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a team or individually, with time pressured deadlines. A willingness to learn and develop on the job. Have fantastic organisational and time management skills.

**The person**:
At least 12 months relevant e-commerce website administration experience in a similar role.

We are looking for someone who is creative, excited to learn and develop, to always go above and beyond. A person who can create fresh and innovative ideas and see them through to completion. This person will also be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, can work within a team as well as being a self-starter.

You will be familiar with Web CRM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics or equivalent.
