**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote, and sell Dyfed Telecommunication Ltd.'s products and services, including 4G broadband, fibre internet, digital phone lines, and mobile phones, to potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable communication products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and meet sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits and stay ahead in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom products or technology-related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of 4G broadband, fibre optics, mobile phones, and digital phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
