**Job Title**

Account Handler

**Accountable To**

Management & Directors

**Objectives**

Ø To represent Cleddau Insurance Services at a high level of service & professional standards at all times

**Responsibilities & Typical Duties**

Ø Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.

Ø Discussing and assessing clients' current and future insurance needs.

Ø Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers.

Ø Arranging insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider.

Ø Collecting insurance premiums.

Ø Keeping records.

Ø Advising clients on making claims on their policies.

Ø Renewing or amending existing policies for clients.

Ø Undertaking general administrative duties.

**Working Relationships**

Ø Part of a team working with sales & administration, claims & accounts.

Ø Servicing the requests of new & existing clients

Ø Accurately noting & using of software to record all conversations & policy details.
