We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Events Supervisor to be based at our client site in London. The unique Museum hold events such as summer parties, weddings and various other high profile occasions.

The responsibilities of the Event Security Supervisor is to ensure that all visitors, VIPs and staff members receive the highest standard of security and customer service when visiting the Museum.

As a leader the Supervisor must ensure the team of Security Officers are working in a safe environment, competent as FOH officers, able to monitor access control, conduct bag searches and be alert to the risk of hostile reconnaissance and other security related threats.

Other responsibilities will include relationship management, act as a point of contact between the client and staff, work closely with other senior management and prepare statements with polices and procedures.

**What we need from you**:

- SIA - DS licence
- Must possess a First Aid at Work qualification or make an undertaking to undergo the training and/or advanced First Aid training.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
