**Hours of work**:Flexibility is needed as hours can vary depending on each event.

We are looking for an experienced Zero Hour Events Supervisor based at a prestigious location with the opportunity to also work at a second venue.

Managing the hospitality requirements to ensure the client’s expectations are met ensuring a seamless experience of the highest standard.

**Event Supervisor Responsibilities include**:

- Delivering client hospitality to meeting rooms
- Adhering and meeting the required timelines as requested by the client
- To set up and break down meeting rooms following the Seasoned Venues procedures
- Supporting the Chef if required
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect with co-workers
- Venue and client liaison to a professional standard

**Safety and Hygiene**
- Ensure high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities (including non-food) with due regard to legislation governing handling storage and processing
- Ensuring all kitchen and ancillary areas are maintained for high standards of health and safety and hygiene
- Take all relevant steps to minimise risk ensuring these are acted on and reported.
- Regularly inspect all kitchen areas for potential risks of temperature control of food, cross contamination hazards, unsafe equipment or fabric or fire hazards, taking control and reporting to the appropriate person
- Ensure that all Seasoned Venues Policies for Food Safety, Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, HACCP and COSHH are implemented, managed and adhered to at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Events Supervisor
- High standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- IT literacy required for producing menus for display
- Use of in house ordering stock system
