A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Plant Supervisor **to join the **Technical Services **team at The Berkeley.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:
As a **Plant Supervisor **you will be responsible for the day to day supervision and maintenance of back of house equipment including all PPM programs and all plant operatives, ensuring that highest standards are maintained at all times and up to the standards required by The Berkeley.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Support & work closely with the Technical Operation Manager and Guest Facilities Manager and assist with the daily responsibilities within the Technical Services department.
- Maintain & review established schedules for all PPM, insuring established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Assist with the supervision and quality checks of contractors within the building and report any issues or delays to the Chief Engineer.
- Provide a safe workplace for our employees, contractors and visitors entering the property by completing mandatory Health & Safety checks and keeping the building facilities up to standards.
