**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a talented Financial Consultant to join our company. In this role, you will provide professional and quick mortgage offerings to clients, helping them make informed decisions. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and develop customised and bespoke solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored and bespoke mortgage offerings to clients within the unregulated mortgage market.
- Originate business from local and international network of clients.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to understand clients' income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage solutions products, ensuring they select the right offering for their needs.
- Monitor financial market trends and advise clients on opportunities and risks.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, thus generating repeat business from the clients.
- Have existing relationships with lenders in UK to seek best terms and offerings on client cases in the most competitive manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required.
- Have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Middle East as a Senior banker with deep pocket relationships with Middle Eastern clients and family offices.
- Ideally possesses expertise and experience to handle large corporate transactions to further grow the business in other verticals as the company may deem fit,
- **Certifications**: Professional certifications such as the **CFP (Certified Financial Planner)**, **DipFA (Diploma in Financial Advice)**, or **CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice)** are highly preferred.
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 15 y**ears of experience** as a banker in Middle East garnering relationships to establish the flow of real estate to UK.
- Exposure to UK unregulated mortgage market for a minimum of 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience in providing **mortgage offerings.**:

- Demonstrated experience in handling large and complicated transactions with deeper understanding of financial statements.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining **client relationships**.
- Ability to understand complex transactions.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of financial products, mortgage solutions and investments.
- Excellent **analytical skills** with the ability to assess financial situations and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent understanding of Middle Easter culture and client expectations.
- **Effective communication** and interpersonal skills to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- **Attention to detail** and strong **organisational skills** to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Knowledge of **financial regulations** and compliance standards.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
