**The Role**:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential students with life-changing educational opportunities. You will:

- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting courses from our partner universities.
- Conduct interviews to understand each prospective student’s unique goals and aspirations.
- Provide full support throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for potential students.
- Guide students through the paperwork and student finance options, helping them navigate the financial aspects of their education.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups to keep the recruitment process on track.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to effective, engaging campaigns that resonate with potential students.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
We are looking for a driven, professional, and organized individual with the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills, able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A goal-oriented mindset that thrives on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
- A positive, customer-focused approach that ensures a high level of satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is essential.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Russian is a strong plus but not required.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
