**Marketing Executive/Assistant (6-month FTC)**

Content Chef is looking for a creative marketing executive/assistant from Cheltenham or the surrounding areas.

You’ll be a key member of the team, working side by side with the team to deliver exceptional content marketing campaigns for our wide range of clients.

As a marketing executive, you’ll have experience in a similar agency or business role, managing/supporting social media campaigns and writing content.

This exciting marketing executive role is initially a 6-month full-time contract. However, it could easily develop into a permanent one.

**Job details**:

- Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
- Salary: £19,000-£24,000, DOE
- Start: ASAP
- Hybrid/flexible working: Monday to Friday
- Full-time (37.5 hours), 6-month fixed term contract
- Have at least 1 year of experience in copywriting, social media and/or digital marketing at an agency/business or freelancing.
- Have experience crafting impactful content while adapting the tone and style to make it fit for purpose.
- Be a real storyteller, taking pride in the quality of their content and always considering the end goal.
- Have an understanding of SEO, digital marketing and content marketing.
- Know how to schedule social media posts.
- Love using social media platform features on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Have a “can-do”, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative writing or English language/literature.
- Have a passion for identifying new trends and fresh ideas for your work.
- Have an eye for detail and a firm grasp of the English language.

**Other desirable (but non-essential) skills include**:

- Good working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Analytics, ContentCal, MailChimp and other relevant tools.
- A keen eye for design and its relationship with the copy.
- Experience creating social assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Insta Reels and TikTok.
- An idea of how to schedule social media posts.
- Any relevant copywriting, content marketing and digital marketing qualifications.

**As a marketing executive/assistant, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Creating engaging and on-brand copy for a range of platforms.
- Liaising with several clients and playing an active role in helping us grow the business.
- Assisting with organic social media account content, management and reporting.
- Supporting the development of content marketing campaign concepts.
