Marketing & Operations Executive Cheltenham (hybrid, one day per week on site) | Up to £30,000 Are you looking to contribute to something genuinely impactful within the marketing and leadership development space? The Marketing Academy is seeking a motivated Marketing & Operations Executive to support the delivery of its renowned Virtual Campus Program and play a key role in the US Scholarship Program. This full-time, home-based position offers the chance to immerse yourself in a dynamic global community while helping shape exceptional learning experiences accessed by thousands across the industry. The Marketing Academy is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to developing outstanding talent in marketing, media and advertising. Its Virtual Campus provides a year-round program of masterclasses, lectures, fireside conversations, resources and more, inspiring and empowering professionals around the world. The Role Working alongside The Virtual Campus Program Director, you will take ownership of communications, content and community activity, while also supporting elements of the US Scholarship Program. This is a varied and fast-paced role where creativity, organisation and initiative are essential. You will help ensure the smooth running of The Virtual Campus, support live sessions, manage digital content, maintain the Hub, coordinate communications and play an active role across the wider Marketing Academy community. It is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute to an influential development platform within the industry. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and engagement across The Virtual Campus community Manage content and conversations within The Virtual Campus Hub Deliver marketing and communications activity, including social media, email and promotional campaigns Set up and support live online sessions, including video editing for on-demand content Maintain accurate data, assist with CRM activity and produce reports and insights Contribute to events, campaigns, speaker coordination, community activity and overall program delivery across both The Virtual Campus and US Scholarship Program About You Bring experience or exposure to marketing, events, communications and campaigns Digitally confident with strong written skills and creative flair Familiar with social media, with an interest in design, email creation and video editing Community-minded, service-led and proactive in your approach Detail-focused, adaptable and able to problem solve effectively Collaborative, positive and comfortable working in a supportive team Based along the M4 corridor between Cheltenham and Reading (ideally) Authentic, hands‑on, well‑organised and driven to make things happen How to Apply If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be delighted to hear from you.
