An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading telecommunications company, to join our growing marketing team and assist the Marketing Manager by providing planning, execution and optimisation of our full marketing mix and initiatives. As the Digital Marketer you will be working across a multitude of marketing disciplines, and helping to grow our brand awareness, drive sales and demonstrate understanding through use of our online and offline marketing channels, paying particular attention to content creation and website management.

**Key responsibilities & Activities**:

- Support and good understanding of the marketing mix
- Provide monthly analytic reports
- Google Analytics reporting to help monitor website performance, acquisition and user behaviour including customer journey and insights using heat map
- Support and maintain the marketing comms calendar inside Zoho to help build brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Ensure company template documents are kept up to date
- Social Media Management - Creation and execution
- Zoho CRM - Support lead generation activities, sales teams and ensure CRM leads, contacts and marketing lists are kept updated and tidy
- Brand Ambassador - Ensure all external and internal content or documents adhere to the company brand guidelines, kept updated and support correct usage
- Support of award entries with creative and excellent written content
- Campaign support with specific and focused responsibilities
- Weekly Clearbit (data enrichment) report for sales
- Survey creation and reporting

**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Editing websites with tools such as Webflow
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Online Analystics for reporting via Google Analytics
- Video editing programs (Biteable, Canva or other)

**Desirable Skills, but don't let this put you off if you haven't yet got these skills**
- Online Analystics for reporting via Google Analytics

- CRM (Customer Relationship Management technology) - Zoho including Marketing apps
