We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist **tojoin our growing Marketing Team.

**Why is this role important?**

Working within the Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will provide support in the implementation of Breathe’s digital marketing strategy to drive new customers across multiple marketing channels including social media, e-marketing, paid and organic search. The role will also collaborate with the Product Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Assistant on customer communications, ensuring our existing customer base are kept up to date on Breathe features, news and announcements.

**How a day might look like for you**:

- Support the digital marketing team to manage all website and landing page content ensuring it is fully optimized for Google and free trial conversions
- Create and maintain the Breathe website landing pages to support marketing campaign activity
- Manage Breathe’s paid social advertising and budgets
- Manage Intercom messages as another channel to communicate with direct customers
- Work with third party agencies in specialist areas such as design, PPC, SEO and web dev, attending weekly calls
- Supporting Senior Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation
- Manage the process for collating Customer reviews and testimonials via Google Reviews, Feefo and other third party review aggregators
- Setup and management of specific campaigns supported by the Marketing manager.
- Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data

**What we value for this role**:

- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- A good understanding of, and experience with Google Analytics
- Key interest in, and an understanding of SEO
- Experience of Photoshop or a similar design software
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to demonstrate experience and competency in digital marketing
- Experience in social media paid advertising
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (useful but not essential)
- Understanding of the B2B marketplace (useful but not essential)
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to think outside the box
