A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a **Sales Support Executive**to join the Sales/Presales Team, to help develop and maintain our busy Customer base (mainly in the Education sector). This would suit someone who is looking to make their start in atechnology and communications business. It may also be appropriate for those looking to, one day, move into Cisco Presales.

The successful **Sales Support Executive** will be reporting to a Senior Consultant who tends a multimillion-pound account base, and your role will involve assisting them with the production of quotes, proposals, and tender responses. You'llalso be a point of contact for those businesses, delivering excellent customer service. The aim of the role is to help and support our existing customers, but also be there to aid in the challenging work required to acquire new clients, such as Cold Callingand leveraging of social media.

**Responsibilities of the Account Manager**
- Someone who is well educated, preferably to a Graduate level, or equivalent.
- An interest in, or desire to learn about, technology
- Confidence to collaborate, seek feedback and share ideas
- Approachable/Personable
- Outgoing and enjoys communicating
- A basic commercial awareness
- A diligent person, capable of producing accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations.

- Interested in with a desire to learn Technology (specifically Cisco)
- Effective Communicator
