Hours - Monday to Friday 0800-1600 (Hybrid Working)**

As an **FCS Material, Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Coordinator**in **Dunton, Essex**, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences,while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.

**What You'll Be Doing**
This role will be to be working in the MP&L area in FCS. The role will use internal systems to schedule parts using CMMS and Rapid systems, as well as liaising closely with the FCS consolidators. It will also involve following up on non-shipped parts from Suppliers,FCSD or plants.

**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Create, order and schedule automotive parts using several internal systems from a global network of suppliers.
- Manage the inbound logistics via 3rd party carriers to ensure materials arrive on time to the external warehouse operations in the UK and Germany.
- Work alongside the warehouse operations to ensure material is processed in a timely manner and customer due dates are adhered to.
- Handle and resolve any inbound and outbound material issues, shortages, overages etc.
- Create, when required, customs documentation to support exports from UK to EU and EU to UK.
- Update and maintain internal order tracking database
- Produce reports as and when required.
- Ensure internal control policies and procedure are adhered to.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Further Education college or similar: A Levels/ Highers/ONC or relevant experience.
- Previous Mid-level administration experience essential
- Experience of using systems beneficial '“SAP, RAPID & CMMSSome knowledge of the supply chain functions in FCSD desirable but not essential
