Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and proactive Installations Administrator to join our vibrant team In this busy role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every installation runs like a well-oiled machine.

**The Role**:
As our Installations Administrator, you will report directly to the Installations Manager and be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of our installation processes. Your expertise in computer proficiency, administrative tasks, and stellar communication will help us manage schedules, coordinate teams, and maintain accurate data entry.

**What You'll Do**:
You’ll be responsible for booking and scheduling jobs, ordering essential kits and supplies, and collaborating with customers and engineers throughout the installation process. With up to 40 installations a day during peak winter months, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no 2 days are the same.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Efficiently managing and organising installation schedules and documentation
- Communicating with customers and engineers over the phone
- Keeping accurate records and supporting administrative duties as needed
- Ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications to enhance organisational effectiveness

**Hours**:
37.5 hours a week across 5 days. This will include one Saturday every other week.

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
