We are a Letchworth based family construction company recruiting for a part or full time Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team. We all work closely together and look forward to welcoming a new team player.
They include
- All drawing management including arranging printing of drawings, distribution of same and updating our drawing registers. Full training will be given on this and previous experience is not necessary.
- Managing the company fleet of vehicles is also part of this role and includes managing the service records and drivers documentation.
- On completion of a project it is necessary to produce Operations and Maintenance Manuals and full training will be given.
- Negotiation and liaison with statutory services providers in order to provide new power and water services to up coming projects.
We are able to help with on the job training but basic office skills are needed. These will include
- Excellent attention to detail and time management and prioritising workloads.
- Good IT Skills with a knowledge of Excel and Word
- Reliable and dependable, with ability to work on own initiative.
- Full Driving Licence - needed on occasion to move vehicles were necessary.
- Being a team player and happy to integrate into our small and friendly team
**This position requires an 8am start time with hours to be confirmed.**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: £10.00-£14.50 per hour
