Business Support Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as part of a dynamic, dedicated small team in which you’re responsible for supporting the day to day running of the business and supporting our vision.
We’re looking for a high achiever who has the confidence, skill and outlook to be able to play their active part in the collaborative, values-led culture of the company.
You’ll work alongside the Founder and Director, play a key role, be a strong administrator, highly organised, systems focused, and have a passion for education, customer service and marketing.
You’ll support with day to day co-ordination, liaise with clients, raise the profile of the business through marketing, grow our online market; and help drive forward our impactful Positive Playtime programmes and products within schools.
We have an exciting product and programme range which, along with our plans for business growth provide huge potential for career growth and development in this role.

The role is varied, and training and support will be provided if needed day-to-day

Education, Qualifications & Training
- Essential: _ 2+ years of experience as an Administrative/Virtual Assistant or similar role.
GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths.
- Desirable: _ Marketing qualification, digital marketing experience.

**Key Responsibilities and duties**
**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent working skills in the use of IT, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communicator in both verbal and written formats

- Proficient in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
- Ability to continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
- Processing client e mail, telephone and website orders
**Marketing and Content Creation**
- Support with the implementation of the companies marketing strategy - Social Media activity, newsletters in Mailchimp, blogs, editing and proof reading.
- Create Marketing materials and circulate via social media including campaigns to market new products/courses, engagement with social channels and metric reporting
- Make front end website changes (Wordpress)
- Create printed materials and handouts using a variety of platforms
**Systems and workflows**
- Maintain the CRM system (Dubsado), creating workflows, projects and documents and complying with GDPR
**Pipeline Management**
- Manage school enquires and own the pipeline, accountable for follow up
- Contract creation in CRM and managing client workflows
- Distributing supporting material to schools
**Online Events Management**
- Provide admin support for online events
- Processing and supporting the end to end client booking process, customer journey and onboarding process
- Create and manage spreadsheets and other documents
- Manage booking, contracts and liase with clients.
- Providing e mail support with handouts etc.
- Responding to participant questions and queries
- Monitoring completion of feedback form and sending certificates and badges.
- Updating programme dates on the website
**Support**
- Manage office processes and procedures, company products and resources
- Engage with existing clients to provide forthcoming training programme information to support future sales.
- Provide full administrative support to the director andassociate practitioners to include assisting with arranging travel and accommodation, arranging meetings and diary management
- Liaise with schools around appointments and consultant training days
- Assist with financial administration, sending invoices and basic bookkeeping/adding data to Xero
- Develop, implement, and improve as appropriate, record-keeping and filing systems.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
