As a Telesales Canvasser, your main focus will be outbound calling to homeowners, introducing our services for interested prospects. You’ll be working from warm and cold data, qualifying customers based on their interest in home renovations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to homeowners (using our data or provided by the call team)
- Follow a proven script to build interest and confidence
- Qualify leads by asking key questions and confirming genuine interest
- Book appointments for the sales team to attend
- Meet daily/weekly lead targets

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Target-driven with a passion for closing leads
- Reliable and punctual
