Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be key in offering a support service to the Operation Directors of our Pub Partners team, whilst supporting the rest of the Divisional team.
Key responsibilities for this role, but are not limited to;
- Proactively manage all administration within your Division
- Support to the Operations Director and the Operations Manager, along with their team of 10 field-based staff
- Chance to be involved in Projects to help efficiency within the team and wider teams
- Plan and Manage Engagement Events
- Attend Divisional Meetings, take accurate minutes of clear actions and take ownership of actions to help support
- Ad-Hoc Reporting
- Build strong working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders

This role is based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week, and with the occasional travel and overnight stays.
