We are currently recruiting for full time Administrative Assistant at our busy Bodmin depot. Full training will be provided as you move into your new role, however some computer experience is required. **Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week** **Rate of pay**: **£10 per hour** Duties will include - Daily checking of goods in report to delivery notes. - Processing payment runs. - Processing of overheads invoices. - General office administrative duties. **Job Type**:Full time **Benefits**: - Life assurance. - Pensions paid at basic salary. - Cycle to work scheme. - Share save scheme. **Experience - Desirable** - Purchase ledger experience. - Good IT skills. - Office experience. - Admin experience. **Expectation** - A pleasant telephone manner. - Ability to remain calm under pressure. - Able to work as part of a team. **Salary**: £20,800.00 per year **Benefits**: - Cycle to work scheme - Employee discount - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bodmin, PL31 2RQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
