**JOB SUMMARY - Recruitment Consultant**
- You will take on warm business with a strong client base that is recruiting heavily
- With a targeted and consultative sales approach you will be developing temp, contract or perm business
- As the business grows your career path will develop to Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant level

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT - Recruitment Consultant**
- Ideally you will have experience in the Professional sector - however other sector experience will be considered
- You must be a self-starter with strong commercial acumen capable of creating your own success and maximising opportunities
- A professional approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- A true team player who is capable of directing their own activity and working in a grown-up culture that offers autonomy and accountability in equal measure
