What you will be doing:

  • Make cold calls in your market and build relationships with new clients.
  • Network and source top talent to develop your personal brand and receive clear financial reward.
  • Freedom to manage your own desk and show off your potential.
  • Act as the mediator and see the deal from start to finish, including client briefings, candidate interviews and delivering feedback.
  • Become an expert in your sector.

Experience:

No previous experience required. Our L&D team will guide and support you to unlock your potential as a top performing recruiter.

What we offer:

High earning potential from day one with chance of fast progression (uncapped commission):

  • Year 1: 35K-45K OTE
  • Year 2: 60K-70K OTE
  • Year 3: 100K+ OTE

Interview process:

  • 1st stage telephone call with Tilly (part of g2's Talent Team) – familiarise us with your ambitions, values and goals.
  • Teams Interview: a more formal interview, giving you a chance to show off what you know and your experience in more detail.
  • Final stage Face-to-face interview on-site to meet the team and get a feel for 'a day in the life'.

Requirements:

Ability to commute/ Relocate to NG1 2AS.
