**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Assistance**
- Work with the sales team to generate enquiries through different internal and external marketing channels.
- Generate meeting appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing collateral, proposals and agreements for prospective and existing clients.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues and provide product, service and account information.
- Assist customers with placing orders and keeping them updated on implementation timescales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

**Administrative Support**:

- Preparing marketing materials across digital and print platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, including scheduling appointments.
- Assist in managing the sales funnel and pipeline and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with relevant information.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and (ideal but not necessity) CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

You will be on the hourly rate of pay which is advertised above, then after your first 12 months, this will be increased to the National Minimum Wage for your age bracket.
