As Payroll Administrator you will assist in the provision of transaction processing services for our clients. Responsible for defined core administrative, operational and technical activities, you will provide a range of straightforward, routine services. If you enjoy building relationships and delivering high quality results on time, then this is the perfect opportunity for you
Our newly refurbed office offers free onsite parking. The role is hybrid meaning 2 days in the office 3 days from home offering the flexibility to suit your life Our office is equipped with high tech coffee machines and other free perks such as tea, breakfast items (cereals and fruit) and lots more. We really go above and beyond to ensure our staff are looked after.
**What you'll be doing**:
- ** ** Working as part of the Payroll team in running the hourly and monthly payrolls, maintaining systems and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data to ensure that correct payments are made in a timely manner.
- Resolve queries, raise when needed and log if required
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily, and working towards SLA's.
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement
- Maintain and update information for audit purposes

**It would be great if you had**:
- ** ** Payroll experience, CIPP qualified or equivalent
- Experience of providing a service to a large government client
- Strong Administrative background.
