**Your role will involve but are not limited to**:

- Administering & Formatting CV’s
- Answering phone enquiries
- Database administration
- Formatting job Specs
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with training where required
- Event organisation
- Processing vetting requests - full training will be provided
- Administering QA [Quality Assurance] and GDPR best practices - full training will be provided

**Facilities management**:

- Office Management.
- Dealing with visitors and accepting deliveries.

**Salary range - £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience**

**Working hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm Wednesday and Thursday**

**You will be based in the Cheltenham office full time for the first 6 weeks of training & then Hybrid working will be available.**
