**Admin Support Assistant - Fixed Term**
Location: Aberdeen

- Daily processing of any new equipment, rope access certificates, inward manifests for owned and 3rd party, including scaffolding equipment.
- Creating vendor returns upon off hire.
- Maintaining and raising documents for new hired equipment.
- Processing all equipment transfers when requested by projects.
- Complete equipment write off forms when requested by projects.
- Ensure the daily completion of the OMVT screen, as well as other daily tasks such as Posts Goods Issue, POD status and running TRRE report.
- Ensure all scanning is complete for all shipping, back load manifests, POD’s and Equipment Certification.
- Stores/ Maintenance/ Inspection/ Project queries.
- Liaising with vendors.
- Training and issuing tasks to assistants/new starts.
- Support the effective management of stock takes.
- Creation and maintenance of data records in SAP, including adding new equipment and processing all movements in and out.
- Raising purchase requisitions for new materials, equipment or inspection services.
- Creation and maintenance of information in excel spreadsheets.
- Any other related activities in support of the efficient operation of plant administration and rope access stores.
- Provide general administrative support to the Logistics Team Leader as required.
**Experience**
- Must have had experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience of meeting operational goals and targets.
- Experience of data administration using SAP or a similar system.

- Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
