**ADMIN ASSISTANT**

We have an opportunity for an Admin Assistant.

Duties include providing admin support to the Director and office. Work includes reception, admin duties, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, filing, mailing, and dealing with clients and suppliers.

Experience in an office environment essential. Good telephone manner and proficient MS Office skills (Word and Excel) necessary. Good spoken and written English essential.

LOCATION OF WORK: Aberdeen

Wages £10.50 per hour

Part time: 16-20 hours per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
