Administrator - Finance Team
HOURS: 9AM - 5:30PM
DURATION: Until January initially the reviewed
Car driver required due to location on the outskirts of Horsham/ Billingshurst, Parking on site, Hybrid working 2/3 days in the office
SALARY: £12- £14 DOE per hour
**Role Responsibility**:
- Maintain accurate accounts in respect of Purchase and Billing Ledgers
- Input invoices
- Raise new invoices for external clients with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist in the reconciliation of the bank account ensuring the account is properly managed
- Ensure all invoices are correctly calculated, approved and coded
- Previous experience of Finance administration desirable but not essential, solid admin experience essential
- Clear communication skills and ability to handle difficult problems
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and experience of working in fast paced team
- Able to work independently as well as to contribute effectively to the team
- Keen eye for detail, punctual, organised and empathetic
- Good Excel skills
