This is working closely with the employment / litigation partner and Head of Team.

The firm is based just 5 minutes’ walk from Cardiff central Station.

**Responsibilities**:
Managing the file opening process for the team
Being the first point of contact for clients
Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible
Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners

**About you**:
Previous solid experience a legal secretary / PA
Strong communication skills
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
With the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Fast and accurate typing (65 wpm)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc.)
