**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tooting. As a Baby Room Manager, you will be responsible for managing the baby room (of of 6 babies) and ensuring that the care of children aged 3-23 months is of the highest standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating weekly plans and schedules, liaising with parents, and supervising and mentoring staff to ensure that they are providing the best care and education possible.

**Qualifications**
- Early Years Level 3 or above (eg. CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education)
- Proven experience in managing a baby room or similar role in a childcare setting
- Ability to manage a team and work as part of a wider team, to mentor and supervise staff, and to liaise positively with parents and other professionals
- Good knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and safeguarding children policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
