**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for assisting with financial record-keeping and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Credit control and reconciliation of sales ledgers for trading companies
- Customer and internal queries handling
- Post customer remittances
- Issue customer statements for trading companies
- Assist with day-to-day activity of the Accounts Payable function including Receipt of purchase invoices, verification and record of transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
**Skills**
Good IT Skills and experience within Microsoft Excel
Capable of learning new accounting software
Mentoring, internal training & development will be provided
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills and time management
Pay: £26,208.00 per year
