Renewable Surveyor

**Full job description** We are looking for a renewable surveyor / designer to join our growing dynamic team.

**Who are we?** Your Energy is a renewable energy installer primarily focused on efficient heating systems with air source heat pumps and solar PV installations.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- You will be responsible for attending customers’ homes to gather data for suitability for a heat pump and/or solar PV system.
- Completing full survey documentation including floor plans.
- Identify heat pump and cylinder locations and basic property fabric - double glazing, solid brickwork etc.
- Inspect and photograph the existing heating system, along with the hot water storage / combination boiler etc.
- Identify any potential risks or issues that could occur with a proposed heat pump installation.
- Ensure that there is clear communication with customers in respect of work to be undertaken and following completion of the job.
- To work with the operations team and in-house CRM with job information.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues/clients/customers and work as part of a team
- This is a hybrid working role and will be both in office and customer facing.

Ideally this role will also include:

- Completing the documentation of surveys conducted
- Heat Loss Calculation, using the information collected from the survey Aim to Achieve sales targets set.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is processed and systems are completed in a timely manner
- Continually demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Customer Care

Required by you:

- Experience in EPC / building / property sectors is required.
- Great customer facing skills
- Good attitude to learn
- Having an eye for detail, and always striving to learn more
- DEA certification (preferred)
- Full and clean driving licence

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
