**The opportunity**:

- The Lead Infrastructure & Cloud Architect is responsible for defining and directing the underpinning infrastructure Technology and Cloud Architecture for the business. It is a pivotal role in ensuring that we have the right technologies in place that enablesour company achieves its strategy and vision.
- To do so the role must consider the following factors:

- The direction of Business Strategy and its impact to IT
- The direction of the ITS strategy as communicated by the CTO and Head of group
- Technology Strategy
- The technologies, trouble spots, growing pains and required strategies to support each of the Infrastructure & Cloud functional teams IT landscape / industry trends
- Previous experience in a senior management role.
- Highly motivated, can do attitude with an attention to detail
- Proactive strategic leadership, demonstrable skills in the design, communication and delivery of infrastructure and Cloud roadmaps
- Proven experience of managing IT teams to deliver business outcomes
- Ability to engage and communicate at all levels from Technical gurus to Executive Management
- Strategic vendor / supplier management
- Time, people and performance management
- Experience with frameworks and methodologies, e.g.: TOGAF, Agile/SCRUM, Zachman, ITIL
