What you'll be doing:As our Cloud Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing responsive and effective support. You'll manage service desk tickets from start to finish - logging, tracking, and resolving issues, and escalating when needed to keep operations running smoothly.In addition, you will:Monitor and manage security and backup alerts to maintain system integrityAssess and triage tickets, prioritising incidents for timely resolutionIdentify recurring issues and proactively flag potential problems for investigationImplement minor, standard changes to support customer environmentsCollaborate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvementsBuild strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction We want to hear from you if you:Have experience with Microsoft 365 and a good understanding of Azure and IntuneAre comfortable with Windows Server and Active DirectoryHave worked in a customer support or service desk roleCan manage and prioritize workload effectivelyCommunicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verballyAre familiar with ITSM tools and eager to learn new technologies(Bonus points for experience in MSP environments, ITIL practices, or Microsoft certifications, but not essential.)What's in it for me?Salary: £Depending on Experience + BenefitsWho you'll be doing it for:Atech part of the Iomart Group is a highly accredited Microsoft Partner who delivers transformed technology with managed services.
