The Sausage Man is UK's no 1 German Sausage & Hot Dog supplier.

Our warehouse is based in South Darenth (near Bluewater). You need to be able to drive to get here (or live very locally and not mind busy narrow single-track lanes on a bike). We are not in a public transport friendly location.

We are currently recruiting new, motivated people to join our existing team, working in our warehouse.

Coming in to the 8-week period from the middle of November to the first week of January we will have shifts covering 24/7 operations.

**Warehouse**
- Packing Orders
- Stock Replenishment and Rotation
- Preparing shipping boxes
- Shredding Cardboard
- Preparing sauce bottles/jars for shipping
- Stock Counts
- General warehouse duties and responsibilities

**Start times**:
ASAP

**Salary**: £12.50 /hour

We are looking to fill the posts as soon as possible. The job posting will be removed once a suitable number of applicants have applied to allow screening of CV’s.

Contract length: 0 hours

Full time, circa 40 hours per week, overtime available

Working Days: Monday-Sunday

Overtime available, especially during busy seasons (September to December)

In November & December there are night shifts and round the clock hours available.

**You must have strong English reading comprehension skills (comparing a pick list to labels on the items is an essential part of the role).**

You need:
Fluent English and can do attitude.

You must have your own transportation as there is no public transport link to the warehouse where we work.

**Advantageous**:
Forklift certification (and recent experience using it in a confined space)

Ability to drive a van, we have part time driver roles available too
