Night Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for the role of Night Warehouse Operative to join a busy parcel distribution hub. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term work with consistent night shifts and competitive pay.

Job Title: Night Warehouse Operative
Location: Dartford
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 01:00 AM – 09:30 AM

 
About the Role

As a Night Warehouse Operative, you will be a key part of the operations team, ensuring parcels are unloaded, sorted, and processed accurately. This is a physical role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability. The Night Warehouse Operative position offers stability and the chance to develop valuable experience within the logistics sector.

 
Responsibilities

  • Heavy lifting of parcels and equipment (up to 25kg)

  • Sorting parcels by destination and loading them onto the correct routes

  • Unloading trailers and moving goods safely within the warehouse

  • Using handheld scanners to track parcels

  • Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

 
Skills & Experience Required

  • Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting

  • Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is ideal

  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

  • Ability to work at pace and follow instructions clearly

  • Own method of transport recommended due to shift times
