A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two experienced EA’s to join a Global Investment firm based in the City.
You will have proven experience within an Investment firm providing Director level support.
Offering **AMAZING** benefits
**The Role**:
- Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, calls and meetings
- Arranging national and international travel and itineraries
- Organising events including lunches and dinners
- Board Administration
- Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- General EA duties including completing expenses, onboarding new joiners and taking actions
- System and data management support including updating the HR system with absence and holidays, updating contacts and system filing
- Ad hoc duties as required including support and cover for other EAs
**Essential requirements**:
- Solid EA experience supporting at Managing Director and Board level within Financial or Professional Services
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience preparing board papers and taking minutes
- Ability to work independently, effectively and remain calm under pressure
