Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council for a Admin & Technical Services Officer to join their Building Services team within their Housing Department for 6 months to provide a range of administrative andtechnical support.
This role will focus on all administration processes for Building Services which encompasses responsive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance work. But in particular working to support the Damp and Mould Surveyor. You will be responsible to managethe diary, calling tenants and booking visits for mould surveyors, raising purchase orders, data entry and work collaboratively with colleagues supporting appropriate corporate project team working and case project management.
This role is based in Great Wenham Deport where you will have to attend your first day for induction and training, afterwards you will be trained working from home with occasional attendance to the office ( fully flexible when and how often )
Post is available for 6 months on full time basis ( 37 hours per week ) starting ASAP.
