**About the Job**

**Quality Coordinator -Permanent opportunity 27k - Based in Liverpool**

**The Company**:
TRC are currently recruiting for a plastic fabrication company based in the Liverpool area. My client is interested in hard-working individuals who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The company takes pride in all products that they supply to thousands of customers across the UK, so you will be expected to have a keen eye for detail whilst working in the company.

**The Role**:

- Review, modify and maintain the ISO documentation system for the plant.
- Carry out quality external and Internal investigation by analyzing the root cause and performing quality control tests as required.
- Write 8D report when the quality investigation is completed.
- Prepare quality reports weekly and monthly as required.
- Control and properly manage quarantine stock.
- Write quality standards creation as required such as OPL and customized instructions.
- Manage calibration of measurement equipment.
- Audit manufacturing process as required (replacement order, new project, etc.)
- Maintain the CAPA register.
- Manage the manufacturing of retained samples.
- Perform incoming goods inspection for raw materials and release them for serial production.
- Manage purchasing orders related to calibration services.
- Interact with the supplier in terms of new masterbatch requests.
- Act responsibly in all matters of H&S.

**Shifts & Pay**:

- Day Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday.
- £27,000.
- You must have a good attitude towards work and are always looking to learn and develop.
- Flexibility to work on a variety of different sections within the department when required.
- Key eye for detail.
- Must be computer literate.
- Quality inspecting as you work.
