Job Title: Project Administrator
- Reports to: Project and Operations Managers
- Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of the project administrator is the maintenance and administration of works which involves keeping the project and its internal processes running smoothly; this includes a variety of tasks - finance, scheduling, planning, maintaining up to date records of events and providing general assistance to the PMO Team.
- Dimensions: The Project Administrator has responsibility to provide assistance to the PMO and Finance Team in delivery of Projects. On occasions they may have a need to act as one of the main points of contact for clients and suppliers.
- Duties/Accountabilities:
- The Project Administrators role involves working closely with the Project / Operation Managers and finance team
- Assist PMO Team with - Governance of the Structure, process, procedure and performance objectives of the client.
- Distribution of on-site documentation to engineers as required
- Update project trackers
- Assist management/supervisors with schedule of works.
- Maintain internal systems with subcontractor information.
- Attend PMO Team meetings and record actions lists.
- Raise new quotes to clients as directed by PM’s
- Closing jobs & invoicing all Projects work including sub-contractors as directed by PM’s.
- Encourage and implement cost saving reductions.
- Provide cover across other projects as required.
- Pick up on any overlaps within Finance and projects.
- Special Features:
- Office based 5 days per week/ home working as required
- OOH work may be required
- Able to cross transfer knowledge with Project Coordinator to ensure adequate cover is always in place during holiday and busy periods.
Requirements/Competencies:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of client software or other project software / CRM - advantage
- Knowledge of Industry Accreditations i.e. ISO 9001:2015, Street Works, Safe Contractor - advantage
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and Product documentation - advantage

- Approaches problems with an open mind and ensures any issues are addressed in a speedy and cost effective manner.

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
